Breakfast was great, well presented & variety. Wonderful views from boma deck. Room was lovely design with African art and textiles. Very family-friendly, they provided cot with teddies and milk and cookies at bedtime for our toddler. It has a bath (as well as shower) which was much appreciated for little ones. Staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Fun to have monkeys visiting our balcony. Easy access to Plettenberg Bay if you have a car.

Hog Hollow is located in the most serene setting with the most spectacular views of a forest. Due to this location one can only be totally relaxed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional and share activity suggestions as well as restaurants to try out. Great facilities that accommodate families with little child as there is a play room which is great for rainy days. Great quality breakfast selection both continental and hot breakfast. Lastly Hog Hollow is a short drive from the main town on Plettenberg.

Stayed here a number of years ago and had a great stay so good to see it is still a fabulous place to spend a few days. Rooms are very comfortable and mainly have terraces built out over the Hollow. The food is excellent as are the staff.

Very unusual location in the forest and a very vivid reminder of South Africa.The rooms were spacious and accessible with all the amenities you would expect from a very special hotel.

Room was nice and spacious, with large balcony area and bathroom. The food was excellent - both dinner and breakfast.

Amazing breakfast and supper, and very friendly staff. And great car wash at the end of the stay. Nice and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed just doing nothing other than relaxing on the weekend.

Warm welcome and courtesy drink on arrival. Main deck and restaurant facilities are superb. Lovely views included. Evening meals and breakfast all excellent Nice touch they offer a complementary car wash in the morning.

A beautiful slice of paradise .. views to die for, people were just so lovely and attentive. Monkeys at morning breakfast made our day, but can see the trouble they were for the staff
